Jefferson Healthcare is excited to offer an opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst in the picturesque town of Port Townsend this role you will lead the administration configuration maintenance and optimization of the hospitals HRIS (Infor) ensuring the integrity and accuracy of employee data while driving efficient workflows and reliable reporting. Youll play a critical role in supporting HR operations-including payroll benefits recruiting and labor relations-through a well-managed and compliant system. As the primary point of contact and system expert youll collaborate closely with HR staff payroll IT and external vendors to meet operational needs and champion continuous improvement across the organization. Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; Onsite; Exempt

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business related field or equivalent combination of education and 3 years of HRIS experience.
  • Experience with Infor and Healthcare HRIS is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting benefits compensation and leave administration in HR system.
  • Knowledge of Washington State employment laws and reporting requirements.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment or with complex pay structures.
