Part-Time Production Specialist (Print Production & Workflow Coordination)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Production Specialist to support and oversee print production workflows and operational processes. This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently meet strict deadlines and maintain the highest standards of quality color accuracy and production consistency.

This position is structured as 70% hands-on production work and 30% computer graphics support. No prior graphic design experience is requiredwe will provide training.
Starting pay: $21.30 per hour

The ideal candidate will have experience in production coordination workflow management and print operations support along with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projects
• Assist in creating and managing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Support management of end-to-end production workflows from intake to completion
• Maintain a strong focus on color accuracy print quality and output consistency
• Coordinate with production teams to assign work and support workflow efficiency
• Assist in managing packaging fulfillment and shipping preparation
• Oversee shipping logistics tracking and delivery coordination
• Support sourcing and evaluation of new print materials and production supplies
• Participate in research and development (R&D) for new production processes and workflow improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization and problem-solving
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel and related tools
• Perform basic computer graphics tasks (training provided)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling processes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
