We are seeking a specialist Accommodation Solutions Team Manager / Commercial Reservations Specialist required in Poole to drive bespoke bookings improve enquiry conversion manage B2B relationships and optimise pricing strategy within a growing accommodation and property solutions business.

Our client a specialist accommodation provider supporting corporate healthcare and commercial sectors is seeking an experienced Team Manager to assist and manage the Reservations Consultants in securing short term accommodation bookings and managing high quality inbound enquiries.

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service promotion revenue growth pricing strategy and developing B2B relationships within a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading the reservations and enquiry conversion function
• Managing high-value B2B enquiries and securing long-term contracts
• Developing pricing and yield strategies to maximise revenue
• Building and maintaining key client and agent relationships
• Monitoring performance reporting on KPIs and analysing trends
• Collaborating with operations to ensure smooth booking delivery

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in B2B sales or commercial leadership
• Background in hospitality serviced accommodation or residential lettings
• Strong track record in revenue growth and conversion performance
• Experience in pricing yield management and contract negotiation
• Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and organisational ability
• Proficiency with CRM and reservations systems
