Responsibilities
- Develops a relationship with Area management and acts as the primary contact to ensure that the Areas publishing needs are met
- Leads the resources to provide publishing solutions that deliver value to the Areas
- Functions as the creative/publishing advisor utilizing the best practices to help the Area achieve their desired results and oversees the Content Publishing Process within the Area
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations and media production activities within CPD including staff budgets planning and compliance
- Oversee the delivery of multiple media projects ensuring quality timelines and budget control
- Collaborate and negotiate with internal teams vendors contractors and external partners
- Ensure all content complies with correlation IP requirements and other church policy
- Manage team capacity through effective resource planning outsourcing and workforce optimization
- Recruit develop coach and evaluate production staff in alignment with HR and CPD leadership
- Own and continuously improve production processes while ensuring strong business controls
- Act as a senior production specialist providing hands-on leadership in film photo music broadcast and A/V projects
Qualifications
- Holds a valid temple recommend (Required)
- Bachelors degree (preferably in a related field) with advanced business/industry knowledge and 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a production environment
- Strong expertise in business planning strategy vision development and leadership
- Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and implement effective solutions
- Demonstrated leadership across diverse functions cultures and languages
- Excellent communication and relationshipmanagement skills at all organizational levels
- Thorough understanding of production workflows creative software (Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Premiere Pro etc.) and broadcasting equipment
- Excellent communication skill and high proficiency in English (TOEIC 850 or higher preferred)
- Ability to travel as required

About Company
The Nauvoo and British Pageants will be performed Tuesday - Saturday at 8:45 p.m. July 8 - August 2, 2025. Pre-show activities start at 7:00 p.m. each night.
