Join the team behind one of the worlds most iconic brands. As a Production Leader youll guide a team of 1520 associates and play a pivotal role in delivering safe high-quality M&Ms products while driving performance engagement and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years in a supervisory or people leadership role within manufacturing.

• 3-5 years of overall manufacturing experience.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.

• Working knowledge of GMP HACCP and continuous improvement principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Sciences or a technical field

• Additional experience in sanitation OSHA programs or advanced food safety practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 1050 lbs regularly work at heights navigate confined spaces and stand for extended periods.

What will be your key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for your production areaensuring top-tier safety quality and efficiency.

• Coach and grow associates build strong teams and foster a high-engagement environment.

• Drive continuous improvement and support Mars Supply Excellence initiatives including Autonomous Maintenance and AWTs.

• Coordinate staffing materials and changeovers to keep production running smoothly.

• Ensure compliance with GMP HACCP food safety and sanitation standards.

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to execute reliability strategies and enhance line performance.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and manage on-shift escalations.

• Support recruiting onboarding and ongoing development of operations talent.
