Operations Support Nurse (RN) Full-Time

Currently CorrectHealth provides high quality cost-effective comprehensive healthcare services inside the walls of more than 40 correctional facilities throughout Georgia and Louisiana.

The Operations Support Nurse is responsible for providing clinical oversight direct patient care management of regulatory and contractual compliance along with serving as a champion for continuous quality improvement. A critical focus of this role places emphasis on ensuring a high standard of performance as established byNCCHC ACA and other accrediting agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Minimum of 3years experiencein Emergency Department Critical Care or similar setting.

• Current BLS

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiencywith electronic health records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• ACLS certification.

• Correctional healthcare experience.

• Clinical educator or preceptor experience.

• Leadership or chargenursebackground.

• Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP).

Ability to respond rapidly to emergencies stand and walk throughout the facilityassistpatients asrequired meet security clearance requirements and work in a correctional ability to lift and carry medicalequipmentup be able toabletopush and pull medical cartsandequipmentas needed.
