Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their professional skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant you will play a crucial role in managing schedules coordinating communications and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for senior staff.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications including emails phone calls and messages.
- Prepare and organize documents reports and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights accommodations and transportation.
- Support event planning and coordination for meetings conferences and company events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
