Job Summary
Senior PERSEC Specialist
Overview:
TSA is currently seeking a Senior Personnel Security Specialist to support our NAVAIR customer in the DC Metro area.
Roles/Responsibilities:
This individual will provide personnel security support including clearance validation access control security file management and processing of Program Access Requests.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in security management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience supporting personnel security programs in DoD environments.
Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR and SCI eligibility.
Baseline Certifications / Training:
- SFPC or PSC
- IS123.16 Acquisitions and Contracting Basics in the NISP
TSA is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employees. The salary range for this position is $110000 - $125000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
