Shift: 4x9 Days 7-430 and 8-530 36 hours/weekCall: 1-2 call shifts during the week and 1 call weekend per 4 week scheduleRequirements:- 1 year of experience- ARRT- BLS- Experience: Peripherals- Preferred Experience: Toshiba/Cannon Interventional room.- Preferred Experience: Nephogram Kyphoplasty Internal/external biliary drainage Venous AccessJob duties include scrubbing annotating and sending images to Pacs and circulating. Procedures performed in Interventional radiology include lower and upper extremity angiograms atherectomy mesenteric dialysis fistulagram/declot nephrostomy tubes biliary tubes embolization s. ports have 2 IR rooms and are assigned 2 Interventional Radiologists per day. There are always 2 techs on call and 1 nurse along with a Radiologist. Required: PeripheralsPreferred: Nephogram Kyphoplasty Internal/external biliary drainage Venous Access We have 2 IR rooms and are assigned 2 Interventional Radiologists per day. There are always 2 techs on call and 1 nurse along with a Radiologist. Special Equipment : Toshiba #Tier2 Travel Compliance Locals local is defined as 25 or 50 miles from facility to be confirmed with the AM. Locals are not accepted Perm Staff Must be gone for 9 months before returning as traveler. RTO 7 days max. No RTO within the first 2 weeks. All RTO due at submission. Holiday work required as needed. CNA License MN license in-hand required. RN/LPN License MN license in-hand or proof of application required (2-3 weeks via mail 5-10 business days via email for processing). Saint Benedicts MN license in-hand is required. DO NOT submit if they have not applied for the license. Vaccines Medical/Religious exemption form required with submittal. Labs - Travelers are required to go to the lab within 48 hours of signing or risk cancellation. Livescan Fingerprinting MN residents and non-MN residents must commit to completing this within 48 hours of signing or risk cancellation. All travelers MUST complete fingerprinting in person in MN on the Monday prior to their Monday start . This is a MN State Requirement NO EXCEPTIONS.
