Revantage has set up its global capability center in Bengaluru (GCC) including a Center of Excellence in Gurugram.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to oversee the CoE sub-teams within the Luxembourg-led Legal Data function focusing on the maintenance and optimization of legal static data across systems and jurisdictions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong datamanagement expertise with advanced knowledge of MS tools and a passion for automation and AIenabled efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain structure and enhance legal static data to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance.
• Lead reconciliation of legal documents registers and datasets.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve data quality.
• Oversee reporting activities and maintain dashboards in Excel Power BI and related tools.
• Continuously improve processes SOPs and governance controls to gain efficiencies.
• Lead and develop two subteams fostering a culture of precision and proactive problemsolving.

Profile

• 12 years in legal data management reporting or similar operational roles.
• Strong teamleadership experience.
• Expert user of MS Excel Power BI SharePoint and other digital tools.
• Experience with AIenabled process optimization.
• Detailoriented analytical and solutiondriven.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate globally.
