Job Summary
We are looking for a Billing & Finance Specialist to join our Finance team in Lisbon. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy control and efficiency of billing processes while working closely with internal teams and supporting treasury activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate control and monitor the issuance and delivery of invoices credit notes and related documentation
- Manage customer accounts and outstanding balances
- Prepare billing reports and performance indicators
- Coordinate closely with internal teams particularly Operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Provide support to the Treasury team when required
Qualifications :
- Degree in Accounting Management Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in billing finance or similar roles
- Solid knowledge of Office 365 tools
- Good understanding of accounting principles and Portuguese tax legislation
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively
- Fluent English both written and spoken

- Experience working with SAP
- Background in companies with high-volume billing environments
- Familiarity with audit processes
- Proven ability to optimize processes and implement improvements
