Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Newmarket
Salary: Up to 65000 per annum (DOE) 5000 welcome bonus up to 10000 annual bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Full-time

Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young people aged 1218 with complex mental health needs including risk of self-injurious behaviours
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Childrens Residential Care (essential); Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred or must enrol within 6 months)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in residential childcare including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years

Who we are looking for:
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist 2-bed home supporting young people with complex mental health needs.
You will:
Lead and develop a high-performing staff team
Create and oversee tailored care plans covering therapeutic educational and emotional needs
Work closely within a multi-disciplinary team including clinicians and education staff
Ensure high standards of care aligned with Ofsted and regulatory frameworks
Manage safeguarding concerns complaints and risk effectively
Drive positive outcomes and safe transitions for young people
Experience working with mental health trauma or high-risk behaviours is highly desirable. Understanding of the Mental Health Act is beneficial.
