Monday - Friday Alternating shifts 10:00AM - 18:00PM and 11:00AM - 19:00PM

37.5 Hours PW

A satisfying role 

As a Distribution Administrator itll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep our transport operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams youll be the key link between our drivers and our systems  carrying out pre-shift and de-briefs with our drivers raising purchase orders and inputting key data for site KPIs reporting and compliance. Deadlines are tight but its the chance to thrive in a role where no two shifts are the same.  

What you bring to the mix 

A naturally organised person who prides themselves on their attention to detail you have everything it takes to succeed with Sysco: 

• significant experience using software including Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS) 

• the ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision 

• problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues  

• the ability to build relationships with all kinds of people 

• ideally experience in a similar transport or logistics admin role but this isnt essential.
