Account Manager Label & Artist

In this role you will oversee a diverse portfolio of artists and labels ensuring the seamless execution of our services and maintaining the highest levels of partner satisfaction. By leveraging a deep understanding of our products and the music market you will implement robust accounts management strategies to meet objectives and elevate our artists and labels careers.

Job Description

Account Management

• Client Education: Act as a subject matter expert to keep clients informed on industry trends.

• Service Pitching: Present and integrate company services into client workflows.

• Business Reviews: Conduct regular strategic reviews to track growth and performance.

• Revenue Growth: Drive upsells contract signings and high-value renewals.

Release Management

• Consultancy: Provide expert guidance on release strategies market positioning. and optimize label catalogs

• Optimization: Ensure audio releases are technically and creatively optimized for all platforms.

• Performance Analytics: Deliver detailed reporting and actionable insights.

Audience Development

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Video Audience Development and Editorial Marketing teams.

• Strategic Activation: Execute audience growth levers and lead editorial pitching for key releases.

Risk Management

• Rights Education: Advise clients on complex legal and intellectual property topics.

• Conflict Resolution: Directly manage and resolve rights issues for top-tier accounts.

Execution of yearly roles OKRs as defined with the manager

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Passion Misic Business : knowledge of the artist landscape and a network within the music industry.

• Experience: Previous experience in music distribution sales and high-stakes negotiation.

• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with release management softwares and Google Workspace Applications is desirable.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Languages: Native-level fluency in Italian and fluent English.
