Lobby, Banquet & Private Dining Manager (MFX)
Job Summary
This position is responsible for the organization planning and overall management of daily operations for Lobby Services Private Dining and Banquets.). The role also ensures smooth operation guest satisfaction and profitability across all areas of responsibility.
Lobby & Private Dining Operations
Oversee the daily operations of Lobby services and Private Dining.
Ensure prompt professional service and smooth coordination between departments.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness hygiene and service quality in all guest-facing areas.
Manage guest requests complaints and feedback efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
Supervise the setup and execution of special guest requests including VIP treatments and private dining experiences.
Events & Banquet Operations
Take charge of event and banquet operations ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Coordinate with Event Organizers and other departments to ensure setup meets guest requirements.
Conduct daily briefings with team members to communicate event details and updates.
Implement cost-control measures and maintain operational efficiency within budget.
Gather guest feedback to improve future event and banquet services.
Team Management
Recruit train and supervise staff for Lobby Private Dining and Events operations.
Ensure that new hire orientation and continuous training are provided to maintain service standards.
Monitor team performance provide coaching and handle disciplinary actions
Manage the scheduling and allocation of staff resources to ensure optimal service levels.
Other Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage services preparation methods and hotel features.
Ensure compliance with hotel fire and safety procedures.
Attend briefings meetings and trainings as required.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and professional grooming.
Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications :
Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similarcapacity
Good writing and oral proficiency in English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure andmanage multiple operations simultaneously.
Motivated detail-oriented and service-focused.
Professionally groomed at all times.
