Job Summary

In collaboration with the Vice President Marketing and Loyalty the incumbent provides highlevel executive administrative and organizational support. The role contributes to priority management decisionmaking effectiveness and operational fluidity within a complex and fastpaced executive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide highlevel executive administrative support to the Vice President Marketing and Loyalty.
  • Manage complex evolving and nonlinear calendars.
  • Prepare executivelevel documents presentations briefings and followups.
  • Support leadership meetings and governance committees.
  • Anticipate priorities needs and potential issues and recommend solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing Sales Distribution CRM Finance and executive leadership.
  • Ensure rigorous followup on actions decisions and timelines.
  • Handle sensitive and strategic information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Raise issues constructively and ask the right questions when needed.
  • Perform any other related duties associated with the role.

Qualifications :

  • College diploma (DEC) in office administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in complex or fastmoving environments.
  • Strong organizational skills prioritization abilities and professional judgment.
  • Proactive reliable and solutionoriented approach.
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word Excel Outlook Teams) and strong digital and AI collaboration skills (e.g. Copilot).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Oral and written fluency in French and English*.

Additional Information :

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues partners and stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
