Support monthly closing activities and day-to-day accounting operations. Build a solid understanding of financial reporting bookkeeping principles and compliance within an international business environment.

Controlling & Business Partnering

Work alongside Controllers to analyze financial performance compare actuals versus budget and support decision-making across Sales Marketing and Operations.

Financial Analysis & Insights

Assist with financial analysis reporting and due diligence to evaluate investments initiatives and business ideas from a return-on-investment perspective.

Planning & Forecasting

Contribute to business planning forecasts and revised estimates gaining exposure to how strategic and financial planning come together in a dynamic organization.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments developing strong communication skills and a holistic understanding of Red Bull Japans business.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Interest in understanding how finance supports business decisions

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English

Motivation to build a long-term career in Finance
