• 買掛金売掛金資金管理固定資産などの社内業務の管理と調整

• コルゲートビジネスサービス (CBS) および社内の関係者との緊密な連携

• 財務簡素化プロジェクトの主導および/または参加

Job Summary:

1. 資金管理キャッシュフローのための銀行管理銀行支払い実行/準備

2. 月次年次決算

   1. 仕訳作成給与仕訳の知識尚可

   2. 銀行勘定調整

   3. 未払金等の計上

   4. 貸借対照表勘定調整

3. 固定資産およびリース資産の管理

4. 売掛金

   1. 戦略的な売掛金機能を監督し月次の滞留日数およびDSOレポートを強化するとともに業績向上に向けたコマーシャルチームとの連携による回収活動を主導する

5. 内部統制およびSOX法へのコンプライアンス

6. 出張費および経費精算書のレビューと支払い

7. 買掛金:

   1. シェアードサービスセンターインドムンバイのCBSP2Pチームおよび社内の現地部門との連携

   2. 現地ビジネスチームのサポート

8. 業者マスタデータ - 銀行情報入力

9. 税務 *サポート役割

   1. 源泉徴収税の準備

   2. 固定資産税の準備

   3. 事務所税の準備

   4. 法人税申告サポート該当分野のデータ提供

   5. 消費税申告サポート

10. その他 - プロジェクト

資格学歴

• 必須の最終学歴大学卒

• 専攻要件もしあれば日商簿記2級レベル

経験

• AP/AR/SOX/T&Eの会計分野における3年以上の実務経験

• ConcurAriba購買依頼SAPまたは同等のERPの経験

• 多国籍グローバル企業での確かな会計経験

• シェアードサービスでの勤務経験

スキルと能力

• 専門スキル: SAPConcurAriba購買依頼ExcelSumifPivotVlook upなどGoogle Sheetなど

• ソフトスキル: 自発性優れたコミュニケーションスキルとチームワーク問題解決能力など

• 語学力: ビジネスレベルの英語読み書き必須会話は尚可
