- Monday & Wednesday: 07:00 AM 05:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 07:00 AM 03:00 PM
- Friday: 07:00 AM 11:00 AM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support both front and back office operations in a clinical setting. This role requires a well-rounded candidate who can manage patient interactions clinical tasks and administrative duties efficiently while maintaining a high level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and room patients ensuring a positive patient experience
- Schedule appointments and manage phone communications
- Take and record vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture
- Administer vaccines and assist with clinical procedures
- Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
- Support both front-office and back-office workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
- CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) certification preferred
- BLS or CPR certification required
- Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture required
- EMR experience required
- Strong communication organizational and computer skills
Preferred Experience:
- Occupational Health experience
- Experience with EKG and POC testing
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
