Job Description
- Provide strategic counsel to leaders and internal teams seeking to communicate effectively with employees
- Create comprehensive communication plans for regionwide initiatives and organizational changes effectively prioritizing and managing expectations across multiple complex projects and priorities.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop targeted messaging for various employee audiences.
- Developand implementcontent strategythat supports the regionsemployee communications planutilizinga variety ofmedia(email videoprintedcollateral etc.) andsharedacrossmultiplechannels (newsletters intranetvarious Microsoftemployee engagementplatformssuch asVivaandTeamsdigital signageface-to-face meetings etc.)
- Serve as editor in chief of regional employee newsletter (source content copywriteedit distribute etc.) andact as the regionsHubSpot power-user
- Ensure consistency and inclusivity in all messagingadaptingcontent for accessibility cultural relevance and adherence to brand standards.
- Regularly liaise and story minewith regional leaderssubject matter experts project teamsand the Marketing&Salesteamtoidentify content that supportsemployeeand/or externalcommunicationsefforts
- Maintain inputs toDPRsglobaleditorial calendarvia with Employee Communications/global Communications Brand Team peers toensure were effectivelymanagingvolume/timelinessof information being shared with employees
- Establish and implementaconsistentprocess forsharingand monitoring engagementofinformationfrom companywide leadersequitablyacrossallNorthwestbusiness unitstoreachfront-lineemployees
- Analyze feedback and engagement data to refine communication strategies and measure success.
- Optimizeinternalchannelsto reach varied geographic and demographic audiences
- Explore innovative approaches totargetandconnect withhard-to-reachaudiences
- Serve as an internal communications consultantsharinginsightsand expertiseacross DPRwheneverappropriate
- Bachelors degree in communications public relations marketing a related field or equivalent experience required.
- 7years experienceininternalcommunicationscorporatecommunicationsmarketing and/orrecruitmentmarketingor related field
- Experience in managing executives projects and stakeholders or a related field is required.
- Experience in content writingpublishing (including but not limited to newsletters presentations marketing materials blogs and social media articles) or a related field.
- Experience in employee communications platforms social media platforms digital tools or a related field.
- Experience and/or interestincreatingshortvideos as well asoverseeinganetwork of professionals who can support this (e.g. production freelancers location experts etc.)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage a high volume of activity
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectationsand resources such as third-party vendors and in-house team members to support multiple complex projects and priorities
- Experience with and aptitude foremployee communicationsplatforms and digital tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
Anticipated starting pay range:
