What would you do as a FRONT DESK AGENT/ FULL TIME
As a Full-Time Front Desk Agent your day-to-day will be an exciting blend of guest interaction and multitasking. Expect to greet guests with a warm smile check them in and out and provide them with all the information they need to enjoy their stay at our vibrant hotel. Youll also handle inquiries resolve any issues and ensure that every visitor leaves with a positive impression. Your schedule will include flexible rotating shifts which means youll have the opportunity to work nights weekends and holidays keeping every day fresh and full of new experiences. To thrive as a Full-Time Front Desk Agent at Showboat Hotel & Island Waterpark youll need a dynamic skill set that combines communication prowess with multitasking finesse. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential allowing you to engage with guests and provide top-notch service. Interpersonal and active listening abilities will help you connect with visitors ensuring their concerns and needs are met with care. Strong attention to detail is crucial for managing front desk activities efficiently from cash handling and billing to reservation management.
Proficiency with property management systems like Opera as well as Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook will empower you to juggle various tasks effectively. Experience in customer service particularly in complaint resolution is a must along with knowledge of the hospitality industry. Being bilingual is a plus and will further enhance your ability to connect with our diverse guests!
