Job Summary for Marketing Specialist - B2B Design-Focused (hybrid in Milwaukee WI)
The Marketing Specialistis responsible forthe design and production of B2B marketing materials across print and digital channels in support of integrated marketing campaigns. This position requiresdemonstratedhands-onproficiencyin graphic design and marketing asset production combined with an understanding of B2B campaign execution. The role reports to the Marketing Managerto support strategic businessobjectives.This position is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our downtown Milwaukee WI headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Specialist will assist the Marketing Manager in collaboration in executing targeted go-to-market (GTM) plans for the business portfolio covering market assessments brand strategy segmentation and programs to drive lead generation upsell cross-sell and retention.
Independently design and produce production-ready marketing assets across print and digital including brochures sell sheets trade show booth graphics and event displays.
Maintain and evolve brand visual systems ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
Support motion graphics and short-form video assets to support digital campaigns and social channels.
Build deploy and monitor email campaigns and marketing automation workflows using HubSpot or Pardot.
Track and report on campaign and creative performance using Google Analytics and reporting dashboards translating data into actionable recommendations.
Stay current on B2B marketing trends design best practices and industry developments in the manufacturing and industrial space.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketingVisual Communications or related field.
4-6 years of B2B marketing experience to include an understanding of the latest trends technologies and best practices in B2B marketing
Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) is.
Working knowledge of thebuyersjourney customer lifecycle design best practices and other social media and internet marketing best practices.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools to evaluate creative and campaign performance.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency across all deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; strong organizational analytical and project management skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing industrial or technical B2B environment.
Motion graphics or video production experience (After Effects Premiere Pro or similar).
Familiarity with CRM platforms particularly Salesforce.
Experience designing for trade show and event environments (large-format print booth displays).
Marketing-related certifications (HubSpot Google Analytics etc.)andMastersdegree or progress toward aMastersdegree.
