Location: The Learning Experience Sterling VA
Pay: $18$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Provide classroom coverage across infant toddler and preschool programs
- Assist teachers with daily routines activities and transitions
- Support playground supervision and learning center preparation
- Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience required
- Comfortable supporting multiple age groups
- Flexible dependable and team-oriented
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
- Competitive hourly pay of $18$20 based on experience
