Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

As a Senior CRM Developer with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 you will develop and architect the CRM system landscape for the German e-mobility business. You will work independently and without direct supervision at the interface between solution architects business analysts and developers. Your contribution lies in implementing the target IT architecture customizing core CRM functionalities and integrating adjacent systems and Power Platform solutions.

Your tasks:
. Consulting on the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system landscape based on architecture specifications and user stories defined by
. Development & customization/design of entities and data structures to efficiently map relevant e-mobility business processes across the entire value chain from sales to operations
. Implementation of tailored developments using plugins Framework and C#
. Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 standard features (e.g. case management project operations)
. Integration and connection of Power Platform applications (e.g. partner portals mobile solutions for managing service provider activities installation status trackers for private customers)
. Advising business analysts on suitable implementation strategies and technologies (e.g. development customization Power Apps)
. Ensuring compliance with the target IT architecture in developments with an end-to-end view across all relevant systems and processes
. Adhering to and implementing all EON guidelines and standards within the scope of the project

Note on collaboration: The work is performed independently without direct supervision and within the framework of a service contract. Content-related coordination is carried out exclusively based on defined project goals work packages and interfaces. Additional competencies:
. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the development (and ideally architecture) of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 particularly in the Sales Customer Service and Project Operations modules; additional modules are a plus
. Proven experience in developing and implementing modern Microsoft Power Platform solutions (including Power BI Power Automate Power Apps Virtual Agents)
. Ideally experience in translating business requirements from the e-mobility domain into implementable software solutions
. Strong technological expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies (e.g. Logic Apps Flows Power Apps Azure Custom Connectors) as well -based solutions
. Programming skills in C# for creating and customizing plugins and CWA components including Windows platform development and database design
