Special Equipment : Siemens Icono Bi-Plane Philips Azure single plane(Hybrid Room) #Tier2 Travel Compliance 100 mile radius rule in effect. The traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility. If they live within 100 miles from the facility they are not qualified.
