Role: Digital Designer

Location: India (Remote working until further notice)

A Little Bit About the Role:

As a Digital Designer you will be responsible for designing managing and producing design concepts through to full artwork stage for a wide variety of outputs. This role will work under the direction of aCreativeDirector and work with a creative team to execute on designs. Our ideal candidate has worked at an advertising agency or design firm and has a dense portfolio of great digital and moving image work.

You will be working within brand guidelines producing design and artwork to the clients brief and exacting standards. They will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality accuracy and expectation is tomaintaina fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.

WhatYoullbe Doing:

  • Work on projects from start to finish working collaboratively across teams on ideation creation and implementation
  • Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web ecommerce social content and digital marketing
  • Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking fordigital and social advertising
  • Define the look and feel for variety of digital design projects
  • Implement existing brand guidelines and templates on projects
  • The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative
  • Presenting your work internally and to clients andmanageworkloads within agreed timings
  • Keeping up to date with current design trends
  • Understand what makes GREAT practices for making ecommerce social assets and mobile first

What youre capable of:

  • Experience working with FMCG / Health Brands
  • Social and video design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus
  • A portfoliodemonstratingyour ideas through to execution
  • A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design
  • Youllhave a deep affinity with layout typography and ideas-generation
  • Excellent grasp of design programmes and tools such as Photoshop InDesign and illustrator
  • A team player andpossessthe ability to build strong and effective working relationships
  • You have an excellent attention to detail
  • Capable for taking creative briefs from clients and account teamand showpersonal responsibility for quality across all jobsallocatedwhich includes client liaison

Whatyoullneed:

  • A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital bannersSocialmedia emails landing pages in-store event materials collateral icons infographics brochures and campaigns
  • A keen sense of personal responsibility for the quality control presentation and accuracy of all work.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies
  • High Level of Craft for design
  • Brand identity visual systems and campaign identities as real working experience
  • Experience workingwith retail/ Health FMCG brands
  • Social and video design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus
  • A portfoliodemonstratingyour ideas through to execution
  • A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design
  • Youllhave a deep affinity with layout typography and ideas-generation
  • Proficiencyin Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop Illustrator Sketch and associated prototyping
  • A team player andpossessthe ability to build strong and effective working relationships
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • A portfoliocomprisedof traditional and digital conceptual campaign design and interaction design work
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative low-ego team environment
  • Overflowing with curiosity creativity and ambition
