DATA ANALYST

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various sources

- Develop and maintain databases data systems and data analytics tools

- Create and implement data quality processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to improve business operations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions to business challenges

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy of data analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
