As a Support Account Manager youll partner closely with our Account Managers to deliver a seamless client experience. Youll play a key role in keeping workflows moving supporting client needs and ensuring operational excellence throughout the policy lifecycle.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with quoting and building coverage options with carriers
- Manage the execution of changes in carrier placement by handling the cancellation and issuing of remarkets and new lines of coverage
- Assist Insureds with policy changes endorsements and related questions with empathy and urgency
- Remain current on carrier coverages processes and billing changes
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative conversations and responsiveness
- Communicate with carriers and Insureds to ensure timely completion of underwriting requests
- Ensure accuracy and documentation within agency systems
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience
- Help maintain workflow efficiency and high service standards across the team
- 1 years experience in an Independent Agency (IA channel)Personal Lines
- Deep knowledge of carriers coverage forms and quoting/billing procedures
- Active P&C License
- Proficiency in the agencys management system AMS360 and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication organization and follow-through
- A genuine care for people and attention to detail you enjoy Championing Relationships and Getting It Done right
- Experience working with insureds in the State of TN
