Due to recent growth Dysons is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The Role

Talent Acquisition at Dysons is more than just filling roles: its about keeping our operations moving by attracting the right people.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with leaders across the business to ensure recruitment solutions are delivered when and where it matters most.

This is a hands-on fast paced role where no two days are the same!

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and high-volume roles across the business
• Supporting the planning and delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns including the coordination of group assessment processes
• Building and managing active talent pipelines to meet ongoing workforce demand
• Partnering with hiring managers to ensure the seamless delivery of demand driven talent solutions
• Delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process

What Were Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a high volume fast paced environment
• A proactive outcomes-focused approach with an eye for detail and an appetite to contribute to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition function
• Strong sourcing capability with a customer-focused mindset both candidate and stakeholder
• Demonstrated ATS / HIRS experience and an understanding of recruitment workflows will be highly regarded
