As an AC&R Associate you will be responsible for supporting key financial operations ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency across accounts payable and cost accounting processes.
Depending on business needs and your profile your responsibilities may expand into reconciliation support and investment administration over time.

Execute and maintain Accounts Payable processes
Support Cost Accounting activities
Ensure accurate and timely financial administration
Maintain high standards of reliability and operational excellence
Work within a complex financial environment where precision is essential

Your Profile
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferably experience within an asset manager financial institution or similar environment
HBO educational background preferably in Finance Accounting or Economics
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable responsible and committed to delivering quality work
Able to quickly learn and navigate systems
Practical hands-on and down-to-earth mindset
Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and shared goals
Professional working proficiency in both Dutch and English
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP
Exposure to reconciliation processes
Experience in investment administration
