We are The Rebyl and we are looking for a Front Office Intern someone who embodies our ethos: inclusively progressive yet unapologetically pretentious; someone who loves to be extreme while remaining inspiring; a figure who is bold rebellious and ambitiously creative. THE POSITION

As a Front Office Intern you will be the first point of contact in the hotel four our guests. Youll give a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in process in line with our brand addition you are open to answering questions handling complaints and offering assistance where needed. Together with the Front Office Team youre always looking for the personal connection with our guests to make their stay as unique as possible.

In addition to your daily Front Office tasks theres plenty of room for your own input and projects. Were always curious to see how you get the best learning experience during your internship.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests at all time.

• Handling complaints.

• Maximizing room occupancy and using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.

• Promote hospitality within our hotel standards.

• Having a creative and warm personality and know-how to connect with guests and colleagues.

• Being representative and guest-oriented.

• Thinking out of the box to create unique experiences.

• By being a great team player and having a proactive attitude.

• Showing effective communication and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Currently enrolled in an MBO/HBO degree in Hospitality Tourism or a degree in another relevant field of study.

• Affinity with hotels and hospitality.

• Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch.

• EU/EEA national or enrolled in a Dutch institution as we cannot provide visas permits or sponsorships.
