We are hiring a Cantonese-speaking Lead Generation Executive to support a fast-growing sales and marketing team working across the Hong Kong market.
This is a remote (WFH) role focused on outbound prospecting lead qualification and pipeline generation within a structured sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads via online platforms databases and social media
Conduct outbound outreach via email calls and messaging
Qualify leads based on set criteria before passing to sales teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach performance
Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign results
Requirements:
Fluent in Cantonese
Minimum 1 year experience in sales development / lead generation / SaaS / tech sales support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools
Comfortable with outbound sales activity (cold calling/emailing/messaging)
