Job Description

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our Digital Engineering team providing hands-on site-focused BIM support across major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

About the Role

As a BIM Coordinator you will work closely with constructionengineeringand design teams to support the effective use of BIM models on site. You will play a key role in ensuring models are coordinatedbuildableand aligned with project standards to support construction planning and delivery.

This role is ideal for a technically capable BIM professional looking to gain strong site exposure and develop their career within a global Tier 1 contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Federation:Merging 3D models from various disciplines into a cohesive master model.
  • Information Management:Controlling the flow of data ensuring accuracy and managing revisions.
  • Communication & Collaboration:Acting as the bridge between architects engineers and contractors tofacilitatecoordinationmeetings.
  • Problem-Solving:Clash detection &identifying managing and documenting issues
  • Supportsite teams with day-to-day BIM coordination and model use
  • Model extractsvisualisationsand data for construction planning and sequencing
  • Ensuremodels align with project standards BEPs and digital delivery requirements

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience working in a BIM role within construction engineering or infrastructure environments
  • Proficiency with BIM and coordination tools such as Revit Civil 3D Navisworks Solibri ACC/BIM 360 and Revizto
  • Understanding of BIM workflows model coordination and digital delivery on live projects
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with site teams designers and engineers
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a digital engineering role
