• Raising and receipting purchase orders cross-checking against work scopes and sourcing parts

• Setting up jobs with complete and accurate information

• Updating customer and job information including order number changes and variations

• Maintaining job records based on authorisation sheet updates in GP

• Processing job invoicing

• Entering and reconciling timesheets

• Completing consumables calculations for jobs

• Updating labour rates for non-administration staff

• Ensuring accuracy across all job data including purchase orders and invoices

• Supporting general administration tasks including occasional reception cover

Youre a motivated and reliable administrator who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment. Youll bring:

• At least12 months administration experience

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

• Good internal and external customer service
