Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Design implement and maintain highly available scalable and fault-tolerant systems

• Embed SRE best practices including observability SLOs and error budgets

• Monitor system performance availability and reliability proactively resolving issues

• Lead incident response root cause analysis and post-incident reviews

• Partner with software teams to build resilient applications and infrastructure

• Contribute to automation deployment pipelines and monitoring solutions

• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical systems

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in Site Reliability Engineering DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering

• Strong experience with automation configuration management and container technologies

• Experience working in cloud environments (GCP and/or AWS preferred)

• Solid understanding of distributed systems networking and operating systems

• Proven incident management and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability tools

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
