Job Summary
About the role
Reporting to the Manager Health & Wellbeing youll support the delivery of Work Health & Safety (WHS) strategies programs inspections and reporting contribute to injury management processes and assist in promoting health and wellbeing initiatives. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legislative compliance and support emergency planning and induction processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Health & Wellbeing services and programs across the organisation
- Coordinate WHS activities in line with legislative regulatory and corporate requirements
- Assist with WHS inspections reporting and data management to identify trends and inform strategy
- Support injury management and rehabilitation processes under guidance
- Assist with health safety and wellbeing promotion activities .
- Coordinate emergency planning and procedures for designated office locations
- Support employee induction processes and training coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement and effective team collaboration
About you
You are an organised and proactive WHS professional with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to health and wellbeing outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive highperformance culture.
What youll bring
- Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety Psychology Health Sciences or a related discipline
- Considerable experience providing WHS services within a large complex organisation
- Solid understanding of WHS principles practices and legislation
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
- A customerfocused approach with a strong service ethic
