Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager you will assist the Head of Data Products to lead the product vision and strategy of Data Products portfolio within HUB24 ecosystem.The goal is to bring together the rich datasets that exist in various products and data feeds to surface it within our single source of entry to provide insights that will deliver intelligence layer and other new data products. This role requires to be working closely with HUB24 Product Leadership within Enterprise Solutions frameworks and collaborating on group-wide product vision.

Open Banking
Digital Mailhouse

Responsibilities:
Product Vision
- Partner with the Head of Data Products to shape and evolve HUB24s Data Products vision aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Turn data into scalable products that enable insights and datadriven experiences.
- Embed a dataasaproduct mindset focused on customer and business outcomes.
- Identify emerging data and analytics opportunities to keep HUB24 ahead of the market.
- Align data products to group standards and architecture balancing innovation sustainability and risk.
Customer Experience
- Deliver trusted highvalue data products that customers find genuinely useful.
- Lead customer discovery to understand needs and validate ideas before build.
- Translate complex data into clear meaningful value for advisers partners and internal teams.
- Work across Product Technology and Data to deliver seamless endtoend experiences.
- Build confidence in data products through strong governance consistency and clarity.
Roadmap
- Own data products end to end from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
- Define and manage a clear outcomesdriven roadmap balancing customer value business impact and risk.
- Set clear goals and success measures to guide prioritisation and decisionmaking.
- Continuously evolve the roadmap based on feedback performance and changing priorities.
Product Delivery
- Own and deliver the data product roadmap ensuring timely highquality outcomes.
- Translate strategy into clear delivery priorities enabling incremental value delivery.
- Partner closely with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable highperformance data products.
- Lead delivery from discovery to adoption optimisation and ongoing product health.
- Ensure data products are productionready reliable and reusable across the platform.
Commercial Focus
- Translate data and platform capabilities into products that deliver measurable commercial value.
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer impact adoption revenue potential and strategic value.
- Measure success through usage adoption and business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to align data product investments to business priorities.
- Apply strong commercial judgement when moving from discovery to delivery.
Product Development
- Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprisegrade data solutions.
- Work confidently across modern data stacks (e.g. cloud platforms Databricks DBT Fivetran).
- Bring strong experience in data architecture modelling and platform design.
- Operate as a technically conversant product leader working closely with data engineers and scientists.
- Leverage product tools (e.g. Productboard Pendo) and emerging technologies such as AI to drive efficient informed decisionmaking.
Requirements:
- Industry and domain knowledge across finance advice planning accounting or wealth management
- 5 years experience in or servicing the wealth management industry
- Tertiary qualifications
- 10 years of experience working with a software development environment or B2B SaaS (software as a service)
- Experience in product management and working with teams through product strategy - research ideation prototyping testing and execution.
- Strong understanding of data and integration platforms with the ability to work confidently across modern data environments.
- Solid technical foundation across cloud platforms data engineering analytics and databases (without being handson).
- Good awareness of data risk privacy and governance ensuring products are built responsibly and compliantly.
- Collaborative and inclusive team player who works well across disciplines and values diverse perspectives.
- Clear and effective communicator able to engage and influence both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Wellorganised and detailfocused with a structured approach to delivery and decisionmaking.
