The opportunity

Working across areas within thecleaning catering and laundry services you will be engaged withour residents to provide a warm homelyexperiencebringinga smile to their day.

The Requirements
Essential
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in cleaning and/or laundry services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
- Ability to connect with and help others
- An understanding of Work Health and Safety issues
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and find the yes
- Proficiency in using technology devices and software
Desirable
- Current senior first aid certificate
- Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care and/or related services
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
