The opportunity
Joinour team at various locations across the ACT as a General ServiceOfficer. As a valued member of the team you will support thehospitality purpose of the home. Working across areas within thecleaning catering and laundry services you will be engaged withour residents to provide a warm homelyexperiencebringinga smile to their day.

The Requirements
Essential

• Demonstrated understanding and experience in cleaning and/or laundry services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
• Ability to connect with and help others
• An understanding of Work Health and Safety issues
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and find the yes
• Proficiency in using technology devices and software

Desirable

• Current senior first aid certificate
• Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care and/or related services
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
