Acting as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to community care and excellence. Working remotely you will support clients throughout their journeyproviding guidance resolving concerns and ensuring consistent efficient service delivery.
What Youll Do
Client Support & Engagement
Respond to client inquiries via email chat and phone with professionalism and clarity
Provide accurate information about products services and processes
Deliver a consistent helpful and client-focused experience across all touchpoints
Issue Resolution & Case Management
Address client concerns complaints and service requests efficiently
Take ownership of cases from initial contact through to resolution
Escalate complex issues when needed while maintaining high service standards
Service Improvement
Identify recurring client issues and recommend practical improvements
Share feedback and insights to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in internal systems
Order & Service Coordination
Assist clients with orders updates returns and exchanges
Ensure all requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes
Contribute to discussions focused on client satisfaction and retention
Support a positive and collaborative remote team environment
About You
Experience in a client-facing or service role (1 year preferred)
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable style
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing tasks remotely
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
Familiar with CRM systems helpdesk platforms and digital tools
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
