What Youll Do
Customer Support & Solution Delivery
Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone with professionalism and clarity
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and guidance
Deliver a consistent solution-focused support experience
Problem Solving & Case Management
Resolve customer issues complaints and requests efficiently
Take ownership of cases from initial contact through to resolution
Escalate complex matters when necessary while maintaining high service standards
Experience Improvement
Identify recurring challenges and recommend practical solution-driven improvements
Share insights to enhance customer support processes and overall experience
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in internal systems
Order & Service Support
Assist customers with orders updates returns and exchanges
Ensure all requests are handled accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Team Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and efficiency
Contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Support a collaborative and positive remote work environment
About You
Experience in a customer-facing or support role (1 year preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities remotely
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiar with CRM systems helpdesk tools and digital platforms
