We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at Meyer Plastics Inc. As an Administrative Clerk you will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations within our plastics manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include handling clerical tasks maintaining records and facilitating communication between different departments such as production logistics and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties including data entry filing and document management
Answer phone calls respond to emails and route inquiries to appropriate departments
Maintain and update customer supplier and inventory records
Assist with processing orders invoices and purchase orders
Support shipping and receiving documentation (bills of lading packing lists)
Coordinate schedules meetings and internal communications
Prepare reports spreadsheets and presentations as needed
Ensure accurate recordkeeping for compliance and auditing purposes
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus)
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) or Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers scanners etc.)
Attention to detail and accuracy
