Local Rule: locals not accepted SSN RTO and scheduling requests required at submission 2 YEARS OF RECENT SPECIALITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Must have a full year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months with no gap in employment greater than 90 days in the past year No travel partners accepted Request Time Off: 7 Day Max RTO Docs will be due 2 Fridays before the start date . There are also 10-15 hours of modules to be done as part of compliance which are due Monday 1 week prior to start. Facility may offer without an interview . Please note if traveler is looking to interview with manager and facility may accommodate REFERENCE REQUIREMENT : 2 references required; one required supervisor level or above the 2nd can be a charge RN. All references must be from the past year who has worked with resource in the past year Tenure Policy for all Travel Roles (excluding Interim Leadership and RNFA roles): 18 months with a 3-month break in service required. Drug Screening: If the candidates drug screen results come back diluted or positive and cannot be cleared by the MRO the candidate assignment will be canceled. The Candidate will have to wait 6 months before re-applying. Labs: Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing Modules: Pre-start modules are non-billable 3 hours of pre-start EMR modules All other modules are completed during orientation modules hours are factored in orientation hours and not billed separately Please complete your EPIC training module first! RNs will have the choice to complete the EPIC test out option OR the EPIC module. This will be entirely up to you and something you can let our EPIC training team know when you receive the email from the SLHS EPIC Trainers.
