Job Responsibilities:

• Modeling with respect to structural drawing & architectural drawings.
• Template editing.
• Preparation of custom components.
• Connection applications.
• Should have good knowledge in TEKLA.
• Should prepare the 3D model in Tekla as per IFC drawings And Client requirements.
• Before starting the model should check the Input drawings with latest revision.
• Should prepare the RFIs and update in the model as per RFIs reply by client.
• Should do the Preliminary model check and Clash check.
• After complete the model should able to find out the Transportation and Erection issues.
• Knowledge of Standard connections Macros and User defines connections as per client requirements.
• Able to identify the similar connection in model
• And assign the same assembly and park for identical properties to minimize the no of quantity of Shop drawings.
• Capable of raising and preparation of RFI
• Good knowledge in Template and reports preparation with respect to client requirement
• Should Generate the GA drawings Shop drawings Erection drawings with related reports and NC files
• Good knowledge in preparing Bill of Material Title block as per client requirement
• Should able to edit the drawings in the case of urgency

Qualifications:

• Requires experience in Modelling using Tekla structures
• Requires experience in US Commercial Projects
• Should have exposure in any of the codes like CISC & AISC for at least 3 years
• X steel Commercial Projects Tekla Modeler AISC & OSHA
• Requires minimum 5 years of experience in Structural Steel detailing using 3D modelling program
• Experience developing 3D models using Tekla software with ability to understand all types of structural members including access standards
