Join Sektor to build the worlds first orchestration layer for autonomous technology deployment in heavy industries like construction. You will design DAG-based workflow architectures and AI-driven configuration agents automating the last mile of enterprise software implementation. This is a rare chance to shape a foundational backend from the ground up for a global market.

What you will do:

• Design and scale the golden path for third-party integrations and background job systems using Python and FastAPI.

• Own the end-to-end reliability of the platform implementing pragmatic observability and automated CI/CD pipelines for repeatable deployments.

• Partner with the CTO to translate complex product requirements into robust production-grade systems that run in live enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses significant experience building production-grade backend systems in Python with a focus on clear API design and reliability.

• Demonstrates strong engineering judgment in managing production operations including observability incident response and runtime service health.

• Thrives in autonomous environments and can bridge the gap between high-level backend architecture and the end-user experience.
