CICD DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a CI/CD DevOps Engineer (Automotive / Embedded Software) to support the development and optimisation of automated software delivery pipelines across embedded and automotive environments.
You will work within a cross-functional engineering team to improve build systems streamline testing workflows and ensure consistent high-quality deployments across multiple environments.
This position suits an engineer with strong automation experience solid DevOps tooling knowledge and exposure to embedded or automotive software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance automated CI/CD pipelines supporting automotive and embedded software delivery.
- Configure and manage build and deployment workflows using tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
- Implement containerised build environments using Docker to ensure reproducible and scalable builds.
- Integrate automated testing frameworks static analysis tools and validation checks into CI pipelines.
- Develop deployment automation across development staging and production environments including rollback mechanisms.
- Provide internal DevOps tooling and scripting support to engineering teams to improve development efficiency.
- Monitor pipeline performance ensuring reliability stability and fast feedback loops for developers.
- Work closely with version control systems (Git-based workflows) to support continuous integration practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation covering CI/CD architecture workflows and operational processes.
- Set up alerting and notification systems for build failures test results and deployment issues.
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
- Solid understanding of Git and modern version control workflows
- Experience developing automation scripts using Python Java or Bash
- Proven experience with build automation and pipeline orchestration
- Practical knowledge of Docker and container-based development environments
- Background in CI/CD processes including automated testing builds and deployments
- Experience working in automotive or embedded systems environments (essential requirement)
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with automotive software standards such as AUTOSAR or similar embedded frameworks.
- Exposure to embedded Linux or real-time software systems.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Understanding of build systems like CMake Maven or Gradle.
- Experience working in fast-paced engineering environments with distributed teams.
