Job Summary

Were looking for an engineer who is curious collaborative and motivated by making a real impact. This is a greenfield opportunity within a global organisation where youll join a growing and supportive team helping shape how our technology is used in the UK market.

In this role youll become a local technical expert for TOMRAs Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) working closely with customers technicians system users and colleagues across Europe. Youll play a key part in ensuring our solutions perform at their bestwhile contributing knowledge ideas and improvements as the organisation continues to grow.

Youll also act as an important link between TOMRA Collection UK and our global teams working closely with colleagues at our Norway head office to share insights support developments and help local teams succeed.

What youll be doing

  • Acting as a technical specialist for our RVM products and systems
  • Analysing and interpreting data from machines in the field and sharing insights that help improve performance
  • Supporting internal teams with technical guidance on machine capabilities and configuration options
  • Serving as an escalation point for complex technical queries working collaboratively to resolve issues
  • Delivering clear engaging training to technicians and service teamsensuring confidence in both current and future products
  • Proactively identifying and implementing performance improvements across our RVM portfolio
  • Supporting the installation and smooth operational startup of new machines in the market

  • Clear and confident communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Experience contributing to product system or process improvements
  • Handson or field experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A degree in Engineering (Mechatronics Mechanical Electrical) or equivalent experience
  • A safetyfirst mindset and structured approach to work
  • Professionalism reliability and pride in delivering quality outcomes
