Certified Home Health Aide Needed!

We are seeking Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team! You will play an important role in supporting clients with their daily needs fostering independence and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Location: Middlesex County and surrounding areas

Shifts: Hiring for all shifts and hours. Part-Time and Full-Time positions

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Support with mobility transfers and safe ambulation
• Provide light housekeeping meal preparation and assistance with daily routines
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the care team
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of a nurse or case manager

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• New Jersey CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide)
• Valid Drivers License
• Authorized to work in the US
• Reliable transportation
• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing to ensure clear communication with clients and care plan
• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
