KeyResponsibilities:
Coachesmotivatesand professionally developsteam membershelping to set and model desired quality techniques.
Buildsstrong relationships with IT Product and Operations leaders to seek feedbackforcontinuous improvement.
Translatestechnicaldetailinto business relevant language.
Setsclearobjectivesandmeasuresalignedwith organizational goalstoevaluatethe performance of team membersand toutilize incompensation recommendations.
Promotesteamwork and cooperation within and across teams.
Implementslean solutions to improve team efficiency whilemaintainingeffectiveness.
Assesses and improves team health.
Createsa culture that makes room forfailure learningand continuous improvement.
Leadsthe hiring process for team members.
Contributesto strategic planning decisions such as budget and staffing plans.
ResponsibilitiesUniqueto thisSpecificIT Manager Position:
Responsiblefor product or initiative deliveryincludingqualityefficiencyandworktimeliness.
Effectively communicatesinitiatives/product statuses working with Product Ownersand Team to address stakeholder issues/concerns.
AssistsAgile teams in implementing designs for large-scale software projects.
Participatesin discussions/design ofwhereare systemsare today where we want to take themin the future and how we can best get there.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3yearsleadership experiencepreferablyin IT.
Experience mentoringand developingothers and/orleadingasignificant changewithin a team.
Competencies:
Excellentcritical thinking problem-solvingandjudgmentskills combined withtrustworthiness.
Strong desireto learn push the envelope and share knowledge with others.

**Pay range for this role is - $110000 - $120000
