The Front Desk Supervisor plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading the front desk team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position balances hands-on guest service with team leadership training and operational oversight.
Full Time
Pay: $16$18 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: TuesdaySaturday 7:00 AM3:00 PM

- Supervise and support front desk associates during daily operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns
- Assist with scheduling training and onboarding of front desk team members
- Maintain accurate reservations check-ins check-outs and cash handling
- Enforce hotel policies procedures and service standards
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Step in to assist at the front desk as needed during busy periods
Qualifications
- Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
- Experience with Jonas a plus
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable professional and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks
