Overview

Sayres Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer III (C2 COP / Battle Management Systems Engineer) to support command and control (C2) systems and Common Operational Picture (COP) capabilities for JUSMAG Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for C2 systems and Common Operational Picture (COP) platforms
• Support integration configuration and testing of battle management systems
• Analyze system performance and interoperability across platforms and networks
• Support requirements development system architecture and interface design
• Coordinate with operational users and stakeholders to align system capabilities with mission needs
• Develop technical documentation system diagrams and engineering artifacts
• Support training demonstrations and operational assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering C2 systems or battle management environments
• Experience with COP tools data integration and operational systems
• Familiarity with joint/coalition environments and interoperability standards
• Strong analytical systems thinking and communication skills
